HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?

Normal International Mail takes anywhere between 2 to 14 *business days to arrive (this is excluding processing time of type of product ordered and depending on your location). Please allow up to 25 *business days for delivery of International orders, since some packages may be held up in customs in the destination country, especially during holiday peak periods.

Express International Mail takes 2 - 3 Business Days after processing time.

WHAT IS PROCESSING TIME?

At Anti-Anti we very proudly have 95% of our goods vertically integrated and produced in-house by us, independently crafted & handmade 1 at a time. Our loyal clients around the globe can attest for our high quality and unique difference, the items just have a seperate energy to them than run of the mill mass produced products which make up 90% of the goods out there. This is a time-staking process and with the demand for our goods, we have different processing times from your normal e-store. As with everything worth it, all good things come to those who wait. We are proud to work for you to give you a prodcut unique to anything else out there!

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipping confirmation via email to confirm your goods have been shipped which will also contain a tracking link. Status will show ‘order shipped’ once it has been shipped out.

CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

All orders shipped are trackable. We will email you tracking details as soon as the parcel has been shipped.

CAN I CHANGE THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?

For orders placed online, we provide the option to ship to a different address than the one at which your card is registered. If you have made a mistake with your delivery details contact us immediately and we can try to amend them. If the order has already left our office, then the delivery address cannot be changed. In this instance we will need to wait for the parcel to be returned then postage would be payable for it to be sent out again.

WHAT IF I'M NOT HOME WHEN IT'S DELIVERED?

Customers will receive a note with instructions to pick the parcel up from their local postal department, or to arrange re-delivery.

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES?

We try to minimize these charges by listing the wholesale cost of your package on the commercial invoice rather than the retail value, which means 99.9% of the time you don’t pay anything! This provides the customs agents with a true, legal value, while minimizing your costs. 

WHY DOES MY PARCEL SEEM TO BE TAKING A WHILE TO DELIVER?

We can understand the frustration associated with a late parcel.

A late parcel could be the result of any number of reasons within the countries postal system. The usual delivery time for a Registered International Air Mail item is anywhere from 7 – 14 *business days and may take up to 25 *business days if customs holds your package, now this rarely occurs and will account for less than 1 percent of all our international sales. Please understand that we have no control over customs or your countries postal system.

Before you contact us regarding a late parcel, please do check with your local post office with the tracking number supplied to you. In most cases parcels that do not arrive at your home are waiting for you at the post office for collection and that your local postal department has failed to issue a re-delivery note.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PARCEL GETS LOST?

We have a very low below 1% record of having parcels lost in shipment, not to worry should that unfortunate rare occurrence happens, all shipments are fully insured & we will be happy to make a claim on your behalf if this should occur. Our policy is to refund in full or send a replacement once the required time has passed, stated by the relevant shipping company in their terms.

Unfortunately, if a parcel is lost or takes longer to receive than expected because the address given was incorrect or incomplete we cannot accept any liability for this – though we will help to try and resolve it. Generally we need to wait 25 business days from dispatch to begin this process.
