I'm having payment issues at check-out, what can I do to rectify this?

If you are one of the 2% of customers that have issues with our main Credit Card processor at Check-out, this problem is easily rectified by selecting "Alternative Payment Methods" at check-out. Once that is done you'll receive an email from us with a link to an alternative credit card payment processor that should work for you.

Where are you guys located?

We are located in Singapore and have very reasonable shipping rates including "FREE SHIPPING" to anywhere in the world when you spend above $100 in a single order.

Why the lengthy processing time on some items?

We are unlike any other brand out there, our goods are all individually handmade to order with the highest independent quality obtainable, they are all individually hand-screend and hand-finished by the brand owners themselves like a bespoke service, many of our clients will attest to this quality and impeccable feel. High quality goods take time to make and rest assured when you receive your item/s ordered you will see, smell and feel why. *There is no sweat-shop, run of the mill, mass factory production work done on the items you spend on at Anti-Anti they are all individually made art pieces that meld with you to become a beautiful and intelligent walking canvas. These processing times change from normal periods to peak periods.

I’ve Tracked my order and it seems to have not updated since leaving Singapore?

Please note for our normal Economy shipping method we use Singpost our local, low cost and very secure international shipping option, the “tracking system” works at updating only when the order has arrived in country of destination “or” delivered to clients address. Our shipping system will update you automatically via email each time your shipment progresses in it's delivery so you know exactly where your package is.

I have a Promo Code, where do I enter it?

After you click "check-out" you will see your "address confirmation" page and after that you will see the final page before payment that will give you a "promo code box" to enter your promo in.

How flexible are you with exchanges?

We’re extremely flexible, just about as flexible as the next contortionist! In all seriousness, it’s our goal to keep our supporters and clients happy, and give them exactly what they want to a reasonable extent. If you find the size of your order not fitting you, feel free to send us an  email  about the situation. As an extra precautionary measure we work with the very basic and standard industry sizes. *Please note exchanges are not allowed for items on SALE or purchased with a Promo/Discount Code.

Do you have an overnight express shipping delivery service ?

Yes we do, just select the Express Shipping option at check-out, or spend above $250 in a single order to get Free Express Shipping.
